18 December 2009 AffiliateFuture Reporting Update - 18th December
Dear Affiliates and Merchants,
Over the past 7 days we have been suffering some serious reporting delays to the AffiliateFuture system. The problem has been caused by a technical issue between our tracking mechanism and the reporting interfaces. Throughout the period we have continued to track clicks and transactions as normal.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused and we are working to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. It is however unlikely we will return to a live reporting system before the new year and we will at times be taking the interfaces offline.
We understand that not having access to the reports is causing you problems and if you’d like data then please contact us at enquiries@affiliatefuture.co.uk and we’ll do our best to provide this information to you quickly.
The 5 day cancellation window will be extended to allow our merchants time to correctly validate their sales. Details will follow next week.
